Chloé x Capsule Collection

Chloé and have teamed up to create an exclusive collection and visualized it with the Runaway Baby short film series

French label Chloé simply always involves a touch of boho, and the typical 60s and 70s style is obviously completely at the fore of the exclusive collection for The line is available on starting the 9th of November. Included are bestsellers like the Chloé Faye and the Marcie, as well as the Susanna ankle boots – just with a slightly different look.

To visualize the collection, the two luxury companies turned to Lola Bessis, who wrote the script for the three-part short film series Runaway Baby as well as directing it. The 24-year-old Frenchwoman, who has also appeared in front of the camera as an actress herself, is considered one of the most up-and-coming talents in the film industry. She received an award for her directing work on the short film Checkpoint, but Lola Bessis is famous mainly for her film Swim Little Fish Swim.

She has created a fairytale story about freedom and creativity for the Chloé x collaboration. It is about an author named Theresa who is struggling to finish her novel. She spontaneously decides to leave Paris in order to better understand her novel’s protagonist, Chloé – that’s because, in Chloé, she’s created an especially freedom-loving figure. It won’t be long before the two women actually meet and Theresa realizes that the figure she created on paper actually exists. The two main characters are played by Klara Kristin and India Menuez.

In addition to accessories and shoes, the collection also includes playful dresses, oversized sweaters, 70s patterns, and light blouses – which, by the way, are especially beautiful swinging in time to the dance scene at the end of the short film series.

The Chloé x collection is available exclusively here on starting the 9th of November.
