Shopping List: Winter Is Coming

Winter is coming! A good reason for our editor Ori to create a shopping list including brocade by Miu Miu and colorful fur by Acne Studios

So is it just 4 o’clock in the afternoon and you already have the feeling that the day is over? You want to go home, have a cozy homemade dinner, drink a chamomile tea, and go to sleep? Don’t worry you aren’t the only one! The reason is very simple: the days are becoming much shorter and the cold weather definitely limits your afterwork activities.

If the lack of light and vitamin D coupled with minus zero temperatures isn’t just bringing down your mood, but also your motivation to get dressed both properly and originally, I have the solution for you! Invest in statement pieces that keep the focus on coats, accessories and as Julia just showed us, cool black boots to put a twist on #allblackeverything. For the rest of your outfit, yes, you are allowed to stay in your pajamas (oops, no sorry, I meant in basic and comfy clothes…)! So if you fancy wearing your vintage Levi’s jeans and favorite Uniqlo navy cashmere pullover underneath that statement coat everyday, go for it! Nobody will blame you!

For this “winter edition” shopping list, I’ve selected coatsshoes, and beautiful accessories that will not only help you rock your winter outfits, but also lift your mood! A brocade belt by Miu Miu, shoes with glitter stars by Valentino, a colorful fur coat by Acne Studios, and my most wanted piece for winter: Prada wool tights…there are so many possibilities to shine, even if you have a runny nose!

Find your favorites, because like they say in Game of Thrones: winter is coming. So, you better get prepared!
