Inspired by her private balcony, Veronika’s shopping list features labels like Missoni Home, Saint Laurent, Wood Wood, Acne Studios, Hillier and Nymphenburg
Given the fact that the cactus has been declared home accessory of the moment (read more here) naturally “balconia” will be the next step – for me at least. This is because my ideal day always starts there, with a daily newspaper and my iPhone (checking insta-news and answering first emails). Of course, it’s all a lot more fun with a great look: my tea (at the moment I vary between Matcha and Klarer Geist) tastes best in a Cumberland porcelain cup by Nympenburg and this is wonderful to look at on the teak and resin block by Andrianna Sharmaris. It is no coincidence that the rattan and bamboo stool is a color match with my Acne Studios pajama shorts from the “In bed with Peter Schlesinger” collection. Additionally a proper ribbed shirt (as it should be on a Teutonic balcony) from Wood Wood in my favorite color light blue accessorized with the dachshund necklace by Katie Hiller (sorry Arthur!) Clearly, the Missoni bathrobe is a must, inspired by “The Big Lebowski” this piece can’t be missing. I add my clogs by Saint Laurent – done. My mailman thinks the look in definitely interesting.
