Sabrina De Sousa and Alissa Wagner are the founders of Dimes, one of our favorite New York Restaurants. Listen to their podcast here
There have already been numerous reports on Sabrina De Sousa and Alissa Wagner. When the pair founded their restaurant Dimes in New York’s Chinatown, they filled a gap in the market: They offered lunch dishes that put healthy eating at the forefront, but are delicious as well. In the meantime, they’ve also opened a take-away deli opposite their current location and a small supermarket where you can buy homemade cosmetic products and our favorite, Everyday Oil.
I recently discovered a 27-minute long podcast in which the two talk about their background and career path. Useful tips on how to implement organic growth, how not to give up during hard times, and how to get back into a work/life balance once the dust has settled included.
